What time is check-in?

Check-in is 3 pm to 11 pm.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is before 11 am.

Is internet access available?

All apartments have access to free fast-speed WiFi throughout your stay.​

Do you provide airport pick up and drop off service?

We offer airport pick up and drop off service in San Diego. Fees are determined by pick up and drop off times. Please connect with our team to confirm service availability and timing.

How do I get the keys to the apartment?

We offer assisted and self-check-in. Key collection guides will be provided once the booking has been processed. 

​

How much is the security deposit?

A security deposit is required and the rate is dependent on the apartment. 

​

What is the policy on pets?

We have both pet free and pet-friendly apartments. Let us know upon booking which type you'll need.

 

Do you provide towels and linen?

Yes, clean towels and linen are provided during your stay.

Can I check in earlier?

If there is another guest leaving the apartment on the day of check-in, then the apartment will need to be cleaned for you after the guests latest check-out of 11 am. This is why we need the time between 11 am-3 pm to get the apartment prepared for you.

Can I check in after 11 pm?

After 11 pm, we charge a small late check in fee. Please let us know ahead of time if you'll need to check in after 11 pm.

Can I check out later?

If there is another guest checking in, it won't be possible. The cleaners work to set schedules; therefore, it is not always possible to accommodate late checkouts. Please, reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist you.
